The NeuroNudge Method

A simple, repeatable framework for turning insight into the one change you'll actually make this week — for anyone tired of knowing what to do and not doing it.

Three steps. One arc.

Each step builds on the last. Run the loop once and you have a habit. Run it again and you have a system.

Step 01

Identify the Trigger

Every unwanted behavior has a cue. Find the precise moment, setting, or feeling that pulls you in — not the behavior itself, but what lights it up. Without this, nothing downstream sticks.

Step 02

Reframe the Loop

See the loop for what it actually is: a story your nervous system is running. Once you can name it — not judge it — the grip loosens. This is where awareness becomes leverage.

Step 03

Install the Replacement

Design one small, frictionless action that answers the same trigger. Make the right thing the easy thing. Willpower is optional; design is not.

The NeuroNudge Method is the framework behind every module of the NeuroNudge course. It distills decades of behavioral science — habit research, identity-based change, friction design — into three moves that fit into a normal week.

It's not a 12-step program. It's not a personality quiz. It's a working language for the gap between what you know and what you do — small enough to run on Monday, sturdy enough to scale across the parts of life that actually matter to you.
